We draw our philosophy from the ancient Polynesian Kava ceremony, where people are brought together to discuss and resolve any issues participants may raise. Kava is shared between participants in the same way we share a meal or drink during a meeting. Although we may enter as disparate strangers, we depart with a bond, a sense of community, and a common goal.
It is in this vein that we deliver a tailored experience appealing to the unique needs of individuals and small groups. Instead of bringing brands to the people, we focus on bringing hand-selected people to brands. By demonstrating ourselves as an essential requirement for your business, we aim to create an authentic, long-term partnership. We build relationships that last. We do this by working on-premise with venues to deliver bar training and education, assist with cocktail list construction and design, beer list design, and wine list design.
We also offer consultancy services around hospitality including events, sound, visual, taste and ambiance.
